1. Malt grinding

German malt and hop are used. Pilsner Malt and Specialty Malt are used as malt to produce rich taste. Fine Aroma Hop is used to derive rich fruity aroma.

The purpose of grinding is to dissolve the soluble material of malt effectively to derive an extract more efficiently.However, this process is not easy because both excessive grind and roughness negatively affect beer.
